Our Patient Concierge offers discreet and supportive care for patients travelling on their own.   You can rest easy knowing that you have access to a previous patient who can assist you in the first night after your surgery.
 
After you have been formally discharged from your hospital, your Concierge will escort you back to your home or hotel via their private transport (or alternative).  Your Concierge will see that you are set up in your room for maximum comfort by ensuring your 'recovery' space is conducive to your wellbeing. 
 
You may like to utilise your Concierge to fill your scripts at the local chemist or to collect a few items from the grocery store for you.
 
When you book one of our Long Stay Patient Concierges, you will have access to your Concierge from the time you are discharged from your hospital until midday the following day.   You may request longer and this additional time will be charged at $125 an hour and payable in advance.  Please contact us should you wish to purchase another block of time.  Should your allocated time unexpectantly exceed the purchased time limit on the day of discharge, Pure You will invoice you for the pro rata time used.  
 
All incidentals such as car parking, groceries and pharmacy costs are paid for by the Client (purchaser).  This can be coordinated between the patient and the Concierge on the day, or prior via email.  
 
You can pre-purchase additional time by buying our Additional Concierge blocks of sixty minutes.
 
Please note, our Patient Concierge is not a nurse.  Should you wish to book a nurse for a long stay, please contact us for a quote.
