  • What is a 'Personal Concierge'?
    A Pure You Personal Concierge is somebody who has been through the preparation for and recovery from plastic surgery as a travelling patient and is therefore in an amazing position to support you through your own experience. Our Concierge may make bookings on your behalf, provide recommendations on places to go and source options for travel whilst you are in Sydney. They are also very resourceful in providing recommendations to ensure your recovery is a pleasant one.
  • What Recovery Pack should I get?
    Whether you are looking for a basic recovery or one full of indulgence, we have you covered. Our Essence Pack has has been designed with breat surgeries in mind. You will receive all the basic recovery items you would need to get you through those first days and weeks. Our Bliss Pack has everything the Essence Pack but also includes a neck pillow as well a coffee scrub for you to use pre or post surgery (avoiding the breasts for the first few weeks post op of course). This Pack is also designed with breast surgeries in mind. Our Ultimate Pack Pack includes everything that the Bliss Pack has as well as some more pampering items such as hair treatment, magazine, larger moisturiser cream and a heat pack. This pack could be used for breast or tummy surgeries. Our Indulge Pack has been designed with a mummy makeover or tummy tuck patient in mind. It includes everything that the Ultimate Pack includes and also some must have other recovery items such as a shower chair and Palmer's tummy butter. We have also included a Starter Pack of Dr Miroshnik's Elixxir skincare range in this pack. Our Rhinoplasty Pack has been designed in conjunction with Dr Shahidi's recommendations. It includes all the must have items to see you through your first couple of weeks (and more) post rhinoplasty. Our Mummy Makeover Pack has been curated especially by our Concierge Director after her own solo surgery experience. There are items in this pack that you would never have even forseen you would need. They were a godsend for her three week recovery in Sydney with no friends or family.
  • Do you offer a hospital pick up service?
    Absolutely! This is our Patient Concierge™ service. You will be required to have someone with you when you are discharged from hospital. Pure You have a network of Patient Concierges who are available to meet you at your hospital and take you back to your home or hotel. They can be booked for a minimum of three hours and we offer additional time blocks, should you require it. When you choose one of our Patient Concierges, you are also choosing a previous patient of Dr Miroshnik's (breast augmentation, breast lift, abdominoplasty) or Dr Shahidi's (rhinoplasty). While our Patient Concierges are not nurses, they have all been selected based on their caring and supportive nature and their knowledge of post operative recovery. Should you require an overnight or long term Patient Concierge, this can also be arranged. This may be particualrly useful if you are required to stay interstate for your surgical recovery period. It can be those initital few days of recovery where you need the most care and attention. Please contact us for more information.
  • What kinds of services do your Concierges provide?
    The short answer to this is "anything you like (within reason and your purchased time)." Our Concierges will liaise with you directly to gain an understanding of what you find important to your recovery. Here's a few examples you might like to consider. make accommodation bookings on your behalf arrange meal delivery source and arrange collection of medical supplies answer recovery questions that you may have arrange personal shopping and delivery make beauty appointments on your behalf provide recommendations on places to visit provide support arrange discharge and transport from the hospital to your hotel The time allocated as part of the Concierge Service you purchase is utilised for these bookings. Any additional costs involved such as meals, transport and shopping are the responsibility of the Client.
  • How do I pay for third party costs as part of my Concierge Service?
    At the time of engaging Pure You, we will send you a Welcome Pack via email. We ask for you to provide credit card authorisation for all third party costs. Any costs that are to be charged to your card must have your authority prior to your card being charged. We will never charge your card without your authorisation. Authority is gained for every individual charge, unless you have provided us with a pre-approved budget for that task. We will never charge more than an approved amount.
  • How will I know how much time I have left?
    Our Concierges keep a record of time spent on the tasks we perform for you. At any time you may request a breakdown of the time allocated. Our Service packages have been developed with appropriate timings allocated.
  • Will I meet my Concierge face to face?
    Pure You make it very accessible to utilise our Service without ever meeting your Concierge. Our Services are set up in such a way that you will not require to have a face to face meeting with them. If you would prefer to have your Concierge with you in Sydney, we will happily arrange this for you. If you would like a quote on this additional service, please contact us directly. If you order a Patient Concierge, you will meet them on the day of your surgery.
  • I bought something from your online store, how do I return it?"
    We want to make it easy to shop with us. Should you need to return an item you purchased, please contact us at hello@pureyou.com.au. Due to the nature of some of the products we offer, there are some circumstances where we can offer you an exchange only. Please make contact with us and we will sort that out for you. Please note that we accept exchange only on all #drmgirl merchandise. Please contact us with any sizing quesitons prior to purchase.
