We all love that feeling of silky hair. We will organise a hairdresser for you, so that you feel fresh without impacting your recovery.

We will organise food deliveries for you, so that you can enjoy great food from the moment you wake up.

​Do you need someone to lean on through your recovery process… someone else who has been through it and can provide support and guidance?

Our Concierges have all had surgery themselves, and have a deep understanding of the support required. You can rest assured knowing that there is someone to talk to, every step of the way.

​Are you travelling to Sydney on your own and need someone to be with you to discharge you from hospital?

Did you know that the hospital will not let you leave after your surgery, unless you have an appropriate adult with you?  We will arrange for a caring and compassionate Pure You Patient Concierge™ to discharge you from hospital and get you safely back to your hotel.

One of the biggest concerns we hear from our Clients in the lead up to their surgery is that they feel overwhelmed and anxious that they will forget to pack something that will make their recovery easier. While there are countless checklists and forums available, each person will always recommend something different.  It is for this reason that Pure You has developed a range of Recovery Packs that are designed to provide you with all the essentials that you will need to ensure your recovery is relaxing and enjoyable. Each pack has been created, based on feedback from patients directly and includes tried and tested products that we are passionate about and have used ourselves. 

 

Our Packs are not just available as part of our Concierge service – they are also available for purchase on their own. There are a few different Packs you can choose from, with each more relevant to the type of surgery you are having or the recovery experience you are seeking.  All you need to do is sit back and follow your post-operative guidelines.

Our Recovery Packs have been curated based on recommendations from top Specialist Plastic Surgeons and their patients.  We believe it is critical to seek input from the patients directly as they are the ones experiencing recovery.   Our Packs are continuously updated to ensure we have included the most desired items.

WHICH PACK IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

Pure You Concierges have worked exclusively with post-operative patients while creating our range of Recovery Packs, and are certain we have something for you. Our packages can also be tailored to suit your needs, so if you would like to add something to one of our advertised packs, please contact our Team for a quote.

When asked for the top five recovery items, patients have suggested ice/heat packs, pillows, moisturiser, anti-constipation tablets and water, so all of our Packs contain these must haves.  All ice packs that are included in each of our packs are also suitable for heating.  
​
